2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R
2015 Subaru Outback has been completely redesigned. It comes in four trim levels. the top-of-the-line Outback 3.6R Limited has a 256-horsepower 3.6 liter 6-cylinder engine with a high-torque CVT and starts at $32,995. This and all models come standard with X-Mode traction assist, Hill Descent Control, and Hill Start Assist.
Other standard amenities include perforated leather-trimmed upholstery, 18-inch alloy wheels, a Harman Kardon Surround 12-speaker/576-watt sound system, 10-way power driver's seat with two-position memory, dual-mode heated seat backs and cushions, Blind Spot Detection with Lane Change Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals, fog lights, and a power rear lift gate with memory.
The 3.6R Limited also gets HID low-beam headlights with automatic height adjustment control and dual/stainless exhaust tips.
The Outback has Subaru Starlink system Bluetooth for hands-free phoning and wireless audio streaming, iPod integration with iTunes Tagging, a USB port, an Aux input, an AM/FM stereo HD Radio with a CD player and four speakers, and a 6.2-inch in-dash display. The Starlink system works with a companion smartphone app to bring cloud-connected content into the car, including iHeartRadio, news, and weather, and it also has a calendar and music player features. There's also Aha Radio, which also works with a smartphone app and provides Facebook and Twitter feeds, podcasts, news, and audiobooks, as well as weather, traffic, dining, and gas station and fuel price information. The Outback also has MirrorLink, which works with certain smartphones to display content from the device on the car's screen, as well as a separate Pandora app.
